This website is owned and managed by Game Generation Pty Ltd. By using this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other terms and conditions, rules or guidelines which appear on this website. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice, so please check for changes on a regular basis.
Purchasing Process
To purchase online at
www.gamegeneration.com.au, you must own your own credit card, or be accompanied by someone who does (like a parent or guardian).
To make any online purchase via this website, you need to first
sign in and provide all mandatory details, labeled with a
red asterisk. Registration is free!
You can then choose the product(s) you want to buy from our
Search tool or any other product pages, and add them to your
Shopping Cart. When your have selected the product(s) your wish to purchase, click the
Checkout button on the
what’s in my cart? page.
Confirm your Delivery information, add any comments you desire, then click the
continue button.
Confirm your payment information, add any comments you desire, then click the
continue button.
Confirm your order details on the
Order Confirmation page, editing details as required.
Confirm your product choices and then decide how you wish to make your payment online: either by entering your credit card details directly into the space provided or by utilizing the convenience of PayPal. The second option (if you have not already done so) will require you to set up a PayPal account – please follow the appropriate links at this time to do so. Please note that a PayPal account is NOT required to make purchases from this site.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please do not send your credit card information via email – credit card details will only be accepted online when purchasing product via PayPal’s secure system.
When you pay via credit card online, you will be notified within minutes (depending on your internet connection speed) of success. We will process and ship your order within 24 hours once your payment has been confirmed.
If all your order is in stock, it will be delivered within
1-2 business days. If any product is out of stock for which you requested delivery, the order will be held until all products in your order have arrived.
Please note that if a product is delayed outside of our control Game Generation will not be held liable.
Pricing, Orders, Delivery and Payment
• Please note that a signature is required upon delivery and we recommend that an address that is attended during business hours is provided.
• Prices displayed on this website are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted and any subsequent price changes will not be retroactively applied.
• Game Generation reserves the right to refuse requests for commercial quantities of goods.
• Game Generation accepts no responsibility for unstable internet connections during any time of a customer order.
• Whilst we will do everything possible to fulfill correctly placed orders, Game Generation reserves the right to cancel an order at any time, regardless of reason. In the unlikely event of this occurrence, all payments related to the cancelled order will be refunded.
• If your credit card is declined for any reason, Game Generation reserves the right to suspend delivery until payment is made in full. In the unlikely event of this occurrence, Game Generation will contact the card holder to arrange alternative means of payment before goods are released.
• Ownership and risk of the order in full is passed onto the customer when the goods are delivered to the nominated delivery address.
• Game Generation will not be liable to any party for any losses (or damage to goods dispatched) suffered or incurred due to delivery circumstances beyond Game Generations control.
• Each and every order will be treated as a separate purchasing agreement, bound by these terms and conditions in full.
• Game Generation reserves the right to cancel any account at any time.
• Customers wanting to delete accounts with Game Generation must email
Info@gamegeneration.com.au with the subject heading “Please delete my account!” This can be done at any time.
Registration and Security
Customers may browse most of this website without registering, but will need to register to access certain features of this website. Upon registration, a password will be assigned and sent to the email address provided. Please keep the password safe and do not reveal it to anyone else. Game Generation is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered if the customer does not keep their password safe.
Inform Game Generation immediately at
info@gamegeneration.com.au if unauthorized use of an account or other security breach is suspected.
Once Customers have registered online with Game Generation, account details can be reviewed and altered at any time by selecting the
My Account tab.
Online Security
Game Generation has taken every precaution to ensure the most secure and safe online shopping experience. The payment process is governed by PayPal. Please refer to

Game Generation will never sell or distribute customer contact details to anyone. The only exception to this rule is when a Software Publisher requires registration in advance. If this is to ever occur, Game Generation will first contact the customers affected seeking their permission to do so.

While all goods will be securely packaged, Game Generation cannot be held responsible for any delays or mistreatment of goods whilst in transit.
